A generative sentiment work on Bitcoin Ordinals: 219 mosaic compositions, each with a seed and a sentiment.
POL V2 is a collection of 219 Ordinals inscriptions by Harto, released in 2025 and listed on Raster. The pieces are pixel mosaics in flat, saturated fields that range from pale pink to orange, olive and black. Their forms break into blocks, scatter into small shapes or stack into dense bands.
The first POL, from 2023, was a collection of 1,000 on Ethereum that analysed social feeds with natural-language models and gave each piece a sentiment. POL V2 keeps the same structure, a seed and a sentiment type, and sits on a different chain.
The work sets sentiment as the subject: a number and a mood decide how each composition feels, rather than a composition drawn first and a mood attached afterwards.
Every piece carries two traits: a seed, and a type that is Negative, Neutral or Positive, with a sentiment score. In the inscription, the browser calls a generator with the seed and the type, and the image is drawn on a canvas from those two values.
The different looks within the set follow from this. Some type and seed pairs fill the canvas with scattered shapes, some build cubic forms in blue, and some produce fine mosaics of cream and olive.
Recursive HTML and JavaScript on Bitcoin. Each piece is a short HTML inscription that loads two scripts inscribed earlier, and the work is therefore assembled from the chain every time it is viewed. The items are listed on Raster as ordinals with common sat rarity.
The set was inscribed in several batches, each under its own parent.
