«Photography» is the quietest collection among Harto’s early Ethereum works: three photographs, minted in 2020. The collection is catalogued with a single line, «North of France 2020».
The three images are built from colour and light: a house with red shutters against a teal sky, a sunlit ochre wall with a single window, a dark glass-and-steel hall with a figure on an escalator.
They sit apart from the toys and sculptural worlds that surround them in the same year, and show the same eye for flat planes and saturated tones from a different starting point: the street, rather than the render.
Digital photographs, minted as tokens on Ethereum. The collection is an ERC-1155 contract, so each photograph exists as a numbered edition rather than a single unique token. The pieces are listed with editions of 10 («Lejos»), 5 («Mars is not fun») and 2 («The Stairs»).
